Terms of the offer

Theros Paris, the proprietor and service provider of an internet-based apparel retail platform, specializes in offering both customized clothing and refined urban fabrics that are ready to wear. The registered office is at Theros Paris.

  • Delivery refers to the physical handover of the Products to the Customer ("Delivery").

The applicable Delivery fees for the Order are those specified on the Site at the time of placing the Order.

Please note that all Theros Paris products are meticulously crafted to order and tailored to standard measurements. The items are produced in limited quantities. While we aim to provide an estimated delivery timeframe, please understand that exact delivery times may vary.

For Theros Paris you can generally expect a delivery window of approximately Theros Paris excluding transit time. For garments (as per requirements), please allow up to 21 days for delivery. For these timelines to be met, the Customer must ensure accurate and complete information is provided for the Delivery address (including details like street number, building, stairs, access codes, names, and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

Please be aware that unforeseen shipping delays caused by courier companies are beyond the control of Theros Paris Pvt. Ltd. In the case of custom-made garments from Theros Paris if your selected fabric is unavailable or experiences a post-purchase delay from the manufacturer, we will present you with comparable options. Should these alternatives not meet your preferences, a refund will be issued for the affected garment, unless it is part of a promotional offer.

When Theros Paris the Product's delivery, the risk of loss or damage to the Product shifts to the Customer upon Delivery.

As an exception, if the carrier is responsible for transportation as selected by the Customer (and not Theros Paris), the risk transfers to the Customer when the Product is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer. It must be a residential address of the Customer, a chosen individual, or a legal entity (for company deliveries).

If Delivery is not possible due to an incorrect delivery address or the Customer's failure to collect the Order from the designated pickup point, no re-shipping will be arranged. The Customer will be refunded within 7 days of Theros Paris receiving the Order. Theros Paris will deduct the return shipping costs from the reimbursement.

For these timelines to be met, the Customer must ensure accurate and complete information is provided for the Delivery address (including details like street number, building, stairs, access codes, names, and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

Theros Paris cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are not its fault or caused by force majeure (as defined below).

Should the Delivery time be exceeded, the Customer may request the cancellation of the sale and receive a reimbursement of the sums paid for the Order within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the request. However, it's important to note that Theros Paris can only reimburse the Product and is not liable for any other form of compensation.

For Theros Paris the measurements we give you are final, and there might be a tiny bit of variation, about half an inch. When we talk about your measurements, we're talking about the most recent ones we have saved. These are called your "base measurements," and they're connected to your profile.

If you make any updates on your profile page, they'll become the new base measurements and apply to any orders that haven't started being made yet.

If you make changes while creating or editing an order, those updates become the new base measurements and will be used for any open orders.

Once we start making your order, the measurements are set and won't change, even if you update your profile or make new orders.

If someone else uses your account and we have their measurements saved, we'll use those. We won't charge you for making adjustments. However, we can't cancel or refund these orders.

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Product or Service that you have ordered from the Company, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. We allow changes or cancellations within 24 hours of order placement. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Product or Service, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be made via the same payment mode and will be credited within 7 working days after the refund is initiated.

Our domestic prices are inclusive of GST. Tax is applicable at checkout. Payments may be made by Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, UPI, netbanking, or payment wallets (including but not restricted to Amazonpay, PhonePe, Patytm, OlaMoney, Zest Money, Lazy Pay, and others, as offered by our payment gateway processor - Razorpay and/or Cashfree. The safety of your credit/debit card information is of paramount importance to us. We do not store any credit/debit card information and your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Products will not be dispatched, and Services will not be performed, until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Gift Vouchers cannot be purchased using Loyalty Credits.

For shipments outside of India, you will be solely responsible for calculating and paying any and all taxes, customs duties, fees, etc. imposed by the destination country in relation to the Product(s) or Services. Delivery costs may be charged in addition; such additional charges are displayed where applicable and included in the total cost. For our international customers, please note that all charges are in the currency displayed on the website. In case of any interbank fees, the Company has no control in determining what these charges are and it is understood that the customer will bear these charges (if any). In case of any COD amount, the Company has the right to use the loyalty credits accumulated by the customer to offset these charges. In case where a refund is issued, we will not refund any shipping charges, custom duties or taxes as applicable. Items purchased on Sale at our Stores are not eligible for returns, refunds or alterations.

We might change our prices from time to time, but when you make an order, you'll be charged based on the prices at that time, as long as the product is available.

You'll need to pay for your order right when you place it or COD if and when applicable.

If you choose to go for online payment, we direct your request to authorized online payment gateway who is responsible for further actions thereon such as successful payment, protection of your payment credentials, etc. We do not have any access to any of your payment credentials provided on the payment gateway.

However, if your items haven't been crafted yet, you have the option to cancel your order and request a refund within Theros Paris days from the date of purchase. It's important to understand that the decision to approve alterations, exchanges, and returns is entirely at the discretion of the Company."

  • Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in India, this Agreement designates the courts of Aurangabad, India with exclusive jurisdiction in any matter pertaining to or arising out of this Agreement.
