Account creation

For information: placing an order on our site does not automatically create an account with Theros.

To create your Theros Paris account:

  1. Click on the space "Account" at the top right of the home page on your computer, or in the menu, at the top left on your mobile.
  2. Click on "Create an account" in the insert "New customer?"
  3. Fill in the requested information (Last name, First name, E-mail, Password) and validate then click on "Register"

What is your account for?

  • You can find all your online purchase history as well as the shipping tracking of your current order.
  • You can enter and save several delivery addresses
  • Your purchases are made easier thanks to the saving of your delivery/billing addresses.
Login to your account

To log in to your account:

  • Click on the space "Account" at the top right of the home page on your computer, or in the menu, at the top left on your mobile.
  • Enter your email and password and then click on "Login".
Forgot your password?

Have you lost your password or can't log inClick on "forgotten password", then simply enter your login email address and then click on "Reset"You will receive a password reset email on your mailboxIf you do not receive any email in the following minutes, we invite you to check your spam and junk mailYou can also contact us for any assistance request.

Data protection

All your Account information is only used as part of your business relationship with www.therosparis.com. This information is never shared with third parties or resold. Finally, your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are fully processed by HDFC bank or by the secure payment module of our partner CHECKOUTThe Site uses cookies (cookie cookies) which the user is informed when arriving on the website that make it possible to record information relating to the computer's navigation on the website. These cookies are only installed after acceptance by the user, the continuation of navigation on the website is equivalent to acceptance. How do I manage my delivery addresses?

You can save and manage your delivery addresses so that you do not have to re-enter them when placing your order. To do this, go to your "Account / Addresses / Add an address" space.

Sizing guide

On each product sheet, you can consult our size guide, specific to each itemIt contains a size chart in which you can find the size corresponding to your morphology as well as a size advice toolDetails are also available in the "Size Information" section regarding the cut and size recommendations. Validate my order

Your order is validated from the moment you see it appear in your "Account / Orders" space or upon receipt of the order confirmation email.

This email contains your order number and the summary of the products purchased.

Its status will initially be "Unconfirmed", which means that your order is being processed.

Once shipped, the order will be noted "Shipped" in the list of your orders. You will then be able to access the tracking of its shipment thanks to the tracking link + track my package button

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can add or remove items from your cart as long as your order is not definitively validated. Once your order has been paid and placed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it. Indeed, once your order is validated, it is very quickly transmitted to our logistics teams to be prepared and sent as quickly as possible: we know that you are eager to receive your items, and we make every effort to ensure that you receive them quickly! Consequence of this speed: it is unfortunately impossible to modify or cancel your order.

Don't panic: once the order is received, you can return the items to us within 30 days in order to be refunded or to make an exchange. For returns, refer to the procedure to be followed in the "Return & Refund" section.

Payment
What payment methods are available?

You have the possibility to pay for your order:

Payments may be made by Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, UPI, netbanking, or payment wallets (including but not restricted to Amazonpay, PhonePe, Patytm, OlaMoney, Zest Money, Lazy Pay, and others, as offered by our payment gateway processor - Easebuzz and/or Cashfree.

Your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are fully processed by the secure payment module of our partner HDFC BANK and Easebuzz. Your payment is totally secure.

My payment has been refused, how do I do it?

We regret that you are having difficulties with your payment. If your payment attempt was unsuccessful, we encourage you to try again using another payment method or from another device (computer or smartphone)If this is a problem with 3D Secure, we invite you to try again by removing the special characters from the payment information. What are the delivery times? -

Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination and the delivery method chosen.

For Information: the express delivery time (as for the standard time) starts from the shipment of the order and not from the payment. Orders placed before 1 p.m. have a shorter preparation time, and therefore have a total delivery time that is often faster

To Metropolitan France:

  • BLUEDART/DHL: 4 to 5 working days after shipment of your order.

To Metropolitan France:

Apart from express delivery, delivery in metropolitan France is free.

    • Mondial Relay: 2 to 3 working days after shipment of your order.
    • Colissimo: 3 working days after shipment of your order.
    • Chronopost: 24 working hours after shipment of your orde
  • Towards the European Union:

Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal, Ireland, Italy:

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 working days after shipment of your order
  • Express delivery: 4 to 5 working days after shipment of your orderDenmark, Sweden, Poland, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia:
  • Standard Delivery: 8 to 9 working days after shipment of your order.
  • Express delivery: 3 to 4 working days after shipment of your order.

Finland, Iceland, Greece, Specific territories of Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Malta, Romania:

  • Standard Delivery: 8 to 9 working days after shipment of your order
  • Express delivery: 3 to 4 working days after shipment of your orderTo the United Kingdom:

Standard delivery: 6 to 8 working days after shipment of your order

Please note that, for countries outside the European Union, additional customs taxes may be required.

To the rest of the world:

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 10 working days after shipment of your order.
  • Express delivery: 3 to 4 working days after shipment of your order.
Delivery charges

Set aside for INDIA, delivery costs are not covered by Théros.

THEROS revisits Italian fabric, from timeless to the most intrepid creations. But not only! It is also the desire to reduce our margins to offer you a most accessible price. This is why we do not add delivery costs to the prices of our products. This makes it much more transparent for you.

Please note that delivery costs vary depending on the country of destination and the delivery method chosen. The amount will be indicated to you when you finalize your order

For countries not part of the European Union, we inform you that additional customs fees may be charged. We will not be able to reimburse you for these costs.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped by our warehouse, you will receive by email the information necessary to track it. You can also track your package from your "Account", in the "Order" section by clicking on your order number

I didn't receive my order, what should I do?

We are really sorry that your package is experiencing an unusual delay. If the deadline announced by the delivery method you had chosen is exceeded, we invite you to contact our Customer Service who will then contact the carrier in charge of your order as soon as possible.

Our team is at your disposal to provide you with all the necessary assistance.

My package has been returned to the sender

If the address provided during the order contains an error, the package may be returned to us by the carrier. Once your package has been returned to us, it cannot be sent back to you and will be automatically refunded within a maximum of 30 working days.

Return & Refund
How to make a return?

You have 15 days* from receipt of your package to return all or part of your order.

( purchases made between November 10 and December 5, 2023 can be returned until January 5.Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, uns soiled. Please note that items returned with the detached label will not be able to be refunded.

The return of a purchase made on our Eshop:

Two options are available to you

In store: Return your item to one of our THEROS shops (excluding corners). It will be necessary to present your delivery note or order number to the seller.

By post: Return your item via our portal. It is necessary to include in your return package the delivery note (sheet received in the initial package) so that our warehouse can identify the order and thus proceed with the refund.

The refund will be made upon receipt of your return package in our warehouse, within 25 to 30 days.

For INDIA, a pre-paid return voucher is available on our return portal. Download it after declaring your return, print it and paste it on your package. At the time of reimbursement, the costs will be automatically deducted

  • ₹120 for returns from INDIA.
  • For European Union countries, a pre-paid return voucher is available on our return portal. Download it after declaring your return, print it and paste it on your package. At the time of reimbursement, the costs will be automatically deducted:

  • €10 for returns from France.
  • €10 for returns from an EU country.
  • *Rereturn costs are unfortunately not covered. THEROS democratizes access to beautiful materials such as ITALIAN FABRIC or WOOL. To offer you the fairest price possible, our business model agrees to a reduction in our margins. For this reason, we cannot include the costs associated with returns in the selling price. It's not a perfect system but it wants to be the most transparent for you

    If you have made a purchase from our online store in a country outside the INDIA or European Union, please note that you must pay customs fees upon shipment so that the package reaches us and that the prepaid return label will not be available.

  • How to exchange an item?

    For a purchase made in store: We invite you to go back to the store to exchange your item or benefit from a credit note

    For an online purchase, you can choose:

    • Make your exchange in one of our shops.
    • Make a return on our return page. We will refund the returned item once received and checked by our warehouse, you can, on your side, place an order again.
    Refund period

    An email notification informs you of the refund once it is processed. You can also consult the confirmation in the "Order" section of your account.

    Upon receipt of your return package in our warehouse, a delay of 25 to 30 working days may be necessary for it to be processed by our logistics teams.

    If this deadline is exceeded, you can contact us just HERE.

    Make sure you have integrated the delivery note (included in your initial package) into your return package, so that our warehouse can identify your order and thus pre-empt your refund.
